Emre Yilmaz wins LaLiga FC Pro Cup

San Sebastián, Spain - Last night, Team Gullit player Emre Yilmaz won the LaLiga FC Pro Cup in EA FC 25. Yilmaz, who represents Real Sociedad, took home the trophy and 25.000 euros. He also secured a spot in the LaLiga finals later this month.

The final took place last night and was broadcast live on Twitch. Emre there faced Elche CF's Jose "Jotaba11" Bailon, a Spanish native. During the final, Emre seemed to have little resistance, beating his Spanish rival 7- 3. However, the road to the grand finale was much more challenging, especially his close 4-3 win against Real Betis' Yago Fawaz.
LaLiga Finals
The top 16 of the LaLiga FC Pro Cup qualified directly for the LaLiga finals, which will occur later this month on April 20th. Alongside a prize pool of 250.000 euros, the top 4 of that tournament will qualify directly for the eChampions League and the top 2 for the EA FC 25 World Cup, which takes place later this year in the summer.
